Setting up Online Maintenance Requests - User Guide

How to set up Online Maintenance Requests:

For a more streamlined approach to dealing with maintenance issues, you are able to create maintenance tickets directly from the inspections that have been upload.

Proactive maintenance is always better, than reactive maintenance.


Navigation: Home Dashboard > Your Name > Company Settings


Navigation: middle option User on the left side of the screen. 

Click on View to update / change Maintenance Request settings.


Navigation: to Portfolios & Permissions

Scroll down to Maintenance Requests and update settings according to the user's required access level.



SETTING UP SAVED REPLIES:


Navigation:  Inbox > Saved Replies

Filter saved replies by Maintenance Requests.

Click on the Saved Reply you wish to edit and then begin making changes.
