How to Share a Maintenance Request Link:
For a more streamlined approach to dealing with maintenance issues, tenants are able to create maintenance requests directly from the RedRabbit Maintenance Request Portal.
Navigation: Maintenance > Maintenance Requests
- You can share the link to the portal by clicking Share Link
- You will then be able to share this link to a tenant or bulk share to a group of tenants by selecting the appropriate tick box
- A QR code can be downloaded by clicking on Download QR Code
You can use this QR code in marketing material. It can also be provided as a sticker to clients.
Tenants wil be able to scan this code with a mobile device which has a QR code reader.
