Maintenance Request Ticketing - User Guide

  • Log into RedRabbit
  • A new Maintenance Request has just been logged:


    Click on the "1" to open the New Request

    Click on the request to view the details



  • Link the Asset to the Maintenance Request




Rejecting an Issue:


  • Check the box next to the issue to be rejected.
  • The Reject Issues box will light up
  • Click on Reject Issues


  • Select the Communication Scenario: Rejecting Maintenance Request
  • Check the method for communication
  • Click on Reject Issues



The issue is marked as Rejected.






Creating a Ticket from a Request:


  • Select the item to be added to a ticket by checking the box.
  • Click on Create Ticket



  • Fill in Ticket Details
  • Click Next


  • Create and Edit Issues
  • Click Next


  • Verify Service Provider Task Settings
  • Click Next


  • Select Communication Scenario: Requesting Quote
  • Select Service Provider/s from the drop menu.
  • Select method of communication
  • Click Next


Set the Current Phase, To-Do and Assigned person

Click on Create




  • The Ticket Number is displayed under the item
  • Note: The color of the number indicating the priority level
