- Log into RedRabbit
- A new Maintenance Request has just been logged:
Click on the "1" to open the New Request
Click on the request to view the details
- Link the Asset to the Maintenance Request
Rejecting an Issue:
- Check the box next to the issue to be rejected.
- The Reject Issues box will light up
- Click on Reject Issues
- Select the Communication Scenario: Rejecting Maintenance Request
- Check the method for communication
- Click on Reject Issues
The issue is marked as Rejected.
Creating a Ticket from a Request:
- Select the item to be added to a ticket by checking the box.
- Click on Create Ticket
- Fill in Ticket Details
- Click Next
- Create and Edit Issues
- Click Next
- Verify Service Provider Task Settings
- Click Next
- Select Communication Scenario: Requesting Quote
- Select Service Provider/s from the drop menu.
- Select method of communication
- Click Next
Set the Current Phase, To-Do and Assigned person
Click on Create
- The Ticket Number is displayed under the item
- Note: The color of the number indicating the priority level
