Create New Communication Scenarios - User Guide

How to Create a New Communication Scenario:

When creating new Communication Scenarios, you need to bare in mind that the Saved Replies go hand-in-hand with the Communication Scenarios. This means that you will need to first create the Saved Reply before you can create the Communication Scenario, unless the Saved Reply already exists.


Navigation: Inbox > Communication Scenarios > New Communication Scenario


  • Click on Inbox
  • Click on Communication Scenarios
  • Click on New Communication Scenario
  • Give the Communication Scenario a Name
  • Select the Category
  • Select the Type (Type refers to the Type of Scenario)
  • Select the default Recipients of this Communication Scenario, link the intended Saved Reply, and click on Create
