What are Communication Scenarios and What are they used for:
Communication Scenarios are how we have automated specified pieces of communication to be automatically released during a specific stage in the workflow.
Our automated communication currently saves our clients around 5 admin days a month.
Navigation: Inbox > Communication Scenarios
- Click on Inbox, select Communication Scenarios
- To View what Saved Reply has been assigned to a Communication Scenario, click on the Communication Scenario
- This is where you can make changes to a Communication Scenario, depending on your specific needs
