What are Saved Replies and Where to Find Them:
In our effort to streamline and save you time on transparent communication, we have created Saved Replies.
Saved Replies form part of the automated communication feature on RedRabbit through each module.
Saved Replies are complete emails ready for use at any moment, instead of spending a lot time structuring and typing out emails the old fashioned way.
We currently save our clients 5 days worth of admin a month, through our automated communication.
Access Saved Replies:
Navigation: Inbox> Saved Relies
- Click on Inbox, select Saved Replies
- To View a Saved Reply - click on the Saved Reply Name
- You are able to make changes to preloaded Saved Replies
- Make sure to click on Update after you have made your changes
