The Purpose of Your RedRabbit Inbox Explained:

The RedRabbit Inbox is an essential part of being able to send and receive communication regarding Inspections and Maintenance Management between all relevant parties.

Your RedRabbit Inbox functions in the same manner as any other, for example: Outlook or Gmail.

Before you are able to use the Inbox, your Mailbox needs to be setup.

Access Your Inbox:

Navigation: Inbox

  • Click on Inbox:
  • Send Email - click on Inbox, select New Email
  • Compile Email - click on New Email, compile Email, click on SendNB - Only "General Saved Replies" are available in this module.
  • View Sent items
  • Any red numbers in Sent items means there is an issue with an email or emails that have been sent. Those email will be flagged with a red label.
  • Click on the email with the "Failed" label and the reason for Failure will be displayed at the very top.
  • All Completed or Actioned emails should be moved to the Done folder. This is to keep your Inbox neat and tidy, so you can focus on the responses that may still be outstanding.
  • Click on the email to open it, select Move to Done.
