Create a New Asset - User Guide

Manage Your Portfolio:

As your portfolio grows and changes, it is imperative that you update your RedRabbit Portfolio. This will ensure that all the information is most up to date and all communication will reach its intended recipient. 

Create a New Asset:

Navigation: Portfolio> Assets> New Asset

• Hover over the Portfolio drop down, click on Assets.
• Click on New Asset.
• Complete the Property Details.
• Complete the Property Address.
• Create and Assign the latest Tenant Contact.
• Create and Assign the latest Landlord Contact.
• Once you have added all the necessary contacts, click on Create Asset.

Important to remember: your Tenant and Landlord need to be set as the Primary Contact for the specified property. A Primary contact is the contact you will always communicate with regarding this property.
