Learn how to identify Unmanaged / Inactive Assets on RedRabbit.

What is an Unmanaged / Inactive Asset? An asset becomes Unmanaged / Inactive once the mandate with landlord expires and is not renewed with the agency, the lease is not renewed by the tenant, and the asset is left empty but still on the books.

Navigate: Portfolio> Assets> More Filters> Last Inspection> Last Ticket> Last Maintenance Request>Apply Filter

  • Hover over Portfolio, select Assets
  • Click on More Filters
  • Select the filters Last Inspection, Last Ticket, and Last Maintenance Request, select the date range Older than 12 Months, select Apply Filter
  • Check the Asset List, Archive accordingly

***NB*** The date range to select should always be older than a 12 months, make sure that there are no active / renewed leases and the property is vacant before Archiving the asset/s.
