How to Upload and Manage Your Data with the RedRabbit Importsheet:
When you update your Financial solutions data, the same change needs to occur in RedRabbit in order for the property details to be most up to date. Our Import Sheet will help move your updated Portfolio data across much faster.
How to Complete Your RedRabbit Import Sheet:
- Double click on on the import sheet that would have been sent to you by your migration specialist to Open the Excel spreadsheet.
- Once the spreadsheet has opened, complete each relevant column.
- NB - Leave any columns that do not pertain to you blank. Do not DELETE any of the columns.
- Make sure to SAVE your data input as to not lose any of your information.
Upload Your Import Sheet to RedRabbit:
Log in to Your RedRabbit Profile:
Navigation: Portfolio> Assets> Options> Import Assets
- Hover over Portfolio and click on Assets.
- Click on Options and select Import Assets.
- Click on Select File.
- Click on the Import Sheet and click on Open.
- Once the Import Sheet has uploaded, click on Done.
NB - Allow for 10 to 15 minutes after the import of small portfolios to have all the assets appear on the platform, and 15 to 20 minutes for bigger portfolios to pull through.
