Asset Groups Explained:


What are Asset Groups and what are they used for?

  • Asset Groups are used to group a number of assets under the same complex, estate, investment group, private landlord, and so on, to make portfolio management easier.
  • Linking assets to Asset Groups, assists with making sure you are able to filter by the asset group or the portfolio and having all assets linked to that specified asset group appear only.




How to Create an Asset Group:

Navigation: Portfolio> Asset Groups.


  • Hover over Portfolio, click on Asset Groups.
  • Click on New Asset Group, click on Create.



Bulk Link Assets to Asset Groups:

Navigation: Portfolio> Assets


  • Hover over Portfolio, click on Assets.
  • Click on the Check Box, click on Bulk Update, and select Asset Group.
  • Select the Asset Group, and click on Change to Asset Group.
