Being able to plan your, or your agents / inspectors diaries properly, will help you navigate the monthend moving out and in rush so much more efficiently.

Navigation: Portfolio > Assets > New To-Do

  • Hover over Portfolio, select Assets
  • Click on New To-Do
  • Complete the To-Do details, click on Create To-Do
  • According to your requirements, the To-Do can be set as a once off reminder or can be set to repeat periodically, based on your lease period (this means that if the lease is set to renew every 6 months, the To-Do will automatically kick out a To-Do notification reminder on the set date).

Once your To-Do's have been created for each asset or a specific list of assets, you will be able to filter the Asset Dashboard by the upcoming To-Do's, to assist you in properly managing your upcoming outgoing and ingoing inspections.

  • Click on Inspection Filter, click All To-Do's, click on Upcoming

Now that you have set your filters, seeing what inspections need to happen and what inspections can be pushed out, are easy to reshuffle. You are able to push inspections out by simply clicking on the Next To-Do Date.

  • Click on Next To-Do Date
  • Make the required changes, click on Update To-Do
