Learn How To Copy From One Inspection Into Another - Mobile App:

In order to speed up the process of having multiple inspections at the same property for the same day or sometime later, you can copy from a previous inspection directly from your mobile app.

Navigation: Log Into Mobile App > Create the Inspection, and or Use a Blank Existing Inspection > Long Tap on The Inspection > Copy Checklist > Click on The Next Inspection > Click Checklist > Select Paste > Paste Checklist.

Log into your Mobile App:
Click on "+" Icon:
Complete the Inspection Details:
Click on Create:
Click on Completed Tab:
Select Copy Checklist:
Click on Scheduled:
Click once on the Inspection:
Scroll Down and click on Checklist:
Click on Paste:
Select Replace Checklist, Copy Photos, and Paste:
Obtain Tenant Signature:
As the Agent, you must also Sign the Inspection:
Once on a Stable WIFI connection, Upload the Inspection:
Wait for the Inspection to Complete it's Upload before uploading another.
