Navigation: Maintenance, TR#, View
- Click Maintenance
- Navigate to the Ticket Number
- Click View
Navigate to Documents folder
Email replies to the quote request will automatically be extracted and filed by RedRabbit
The activity log will also automatically be updated
- Click on Edit
- Set the Type to Quote
- Click on Save
Additional documents can be uploaded by clicking Click to upload document
Update the Activity Log
- Click on New Note / Activity
- Enter Detail
- Click Create
