How to Reject Quotes:
Navigation: The other Service Provider.
- Click on the ... to bring up a drop-down menu.
- Select Reject Quote
- Select Rejecting Quote as Communication Scenario (It is not required to communicate to the Tenant and Landlord)
- Click on Next
- Click on Task & Send
- Do not change any details
- Service Provider given Red Light
- Activity Log has updated
The Service Provider whose quote has been rejected (Red Light) has been notified in writing.
