Schedule Inspection from NEW Mobile App - User Guide

How to Schedule a Inspection from The RedRabbit Mobile App:


Navigate: Open RedRabbit Mobile App > Click on The + Icon > Complete Inspection Details


  • Click on the App icon:
  • Click on the "+" icon on the bottom left hand corner:
  • Select the Asset:
  • Select the relevant Landlord and Tenant details:
  • Select the inspection Type, Date and Time:
  • Select the Template you would like to use:
  • "Start Clean" option will allow the user to create the inspection areas and checklist items from scratch. For example: we normally use this option if the user is going to a property they are not familiar with. 
  • "Template" option will allow the user to use a preset template type; 1 bedroom apartment, ect. For example: we recommend to use this option when doing your very first inspection at a property on RedRabbit to make sure each inspection in comprehensive, compliant and consistent between multiple agents.             
  • "Previous Inspection" option will allow you to copy from any of the other inspections that were completed for this property. This option will save you massive amounts of time as the user will only need to update the area checklist photos if there has been a change to the condition of that item. Photos of areas that have changed since the last inspection will need to deleted and retaken to display the true condition of that item.   **Please note: there must be a minimum of one inspection completed before this option can be used.** 
  • Select the "Area" you wish to inspect:
  • Select the "Item" to note the Condition, use the Descriptive Tags:
  • Click on the "Camera" icon to capture the photo:
  • Once you have completed each areas inspection, you will need to sign the inspection off.
  • Select the inspection "Overview", scroll to the bottom of the overview, click on Sign:
  • Select who's Signature you are capturing and complete the information:
  • Pass the device to the tenant to Sign:
  • Once the inspection has been signed off, mark the inspection as Finalized by clicking on the Cloud and Arrow icon on the bottom right hand corner:





***NB*** Inspections can only sync back to the portal if you are connected to a stable WIFI connection, or if your app is set to sync on WIFI and Mobile Data.
