Inspection 5-Minute Mastery

Created by James JvRensburg, Modified on Wed, 20 Aug at 1:06 PM by James JvRensburg

The RedRabbit Inspections module is built to support the full lifecycle of property inspections—from planning to reporting—with clarity and control at every step.

It begins with scheduling inspections on the portal, supported by tools like the Weekly Forecast for better planning. Once inspections are scheduled, they can be quickly communicated to tenants, keeping everyone in the loop.

Users can then sync the mobile app with the portal, ensuring all the latest data is available in the field. The app layout is simple and intuitive, allowing users to customise templates, access checklists, and conduct inspections efficiently

For repeat tasks or similar properties, users can also copy inspections, saving time.

Once the inspection is done, the app walks the user through review, signing, and finalisation, and quality control ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

When it comes to reporting, users can choose between PDF reports or live online reports—giving clients real-time access.

Altogether, this module helps your team stay organised, deliver consistent inspections, and produce clean, professional reports without the admin burden.
