How to Add, Edit, Remove Quick Select Issue Management - Guide

Please see steps on how to edit the most commonly reported issues on the tenant maintenance request portal:

Navigate: Maintenance> Maintenance Request> Options> Settings> Quick Select Issue Management:

Hover over Maintenance and select Maintenance Requests:
Select Options and select Settings:
Scroll down to Quick Select Issue Management:
Select New Issue to add to the List, or click on the "X" to remove from the list, the Edit option if you want to rename the issue instead of deleting it.
