How to send the device specific Mobile App Logs.
Should you encounter any issues that you are unable to resolve on the mobile app, these are the steps to follow to send the devices Mobile App logs back to Support.
Navigate > Log Into App > Menu Bar > Settings > Send Logs
- Log Into the Mobile App, enter Login details
- Click on the Menu Bar, top righthand corner (three horizontal lines)
- Click on Settings
- Click on Send Feedback (if you have any comments or suggestion regarding the app), click on Send
