Ensure that your team is fully trained and comfortable with using the system to ensure faster and more effective outcomes.

Please ensure that you choose the correct session that you would like to attend.

IMPORTANT CHANGE:

Inspections training now repeats on a weekly basis. The sessions are identical.

Maintenance training has been divided into four shorter sessions, each focusing on a specific topic. While each session is scheduled for 1 hour 30 minutes, the actual training will typically take approximately 45 minutes.

The content covered in Week 1 and Week 4 is identical. This is intentional, as some delegates may be unable to attend the Week 1 session due to month-end commitments. Week 4 provides an opportunity for those delegates to catch up and complete the same maintenance training within the month.

INTRODUCING: FRIDAY Q&A

The Friday Q&A is a consultative Customer Success session designed to give delegates an opportunity to raise questions and discuss specific challenges or scenarios with our team.

Hosted every 3rd Friday of the month, this is not a training session, but rather an open forum for guidance, discussion and best-practice recommendations.

Delegates can submit questions by emailing support.redrabbit@weconnectu.co.za with the subject line “Friday Q&A - Question Submission”. Submitted questions will be added to a question pool and selected for discussion during the session.

We will endeavour to address as many questions as possible during each session. However, we may not be able to get through every question. Where a question is not addressed during the session, we will follow up directly with the delegate who submitted it.
