How to Sign the Online Inspection Report:
Once the Online Inspection Report has been sent to its intended recipient, the Tenant or Landlord / Investor will need to click on the link in the email that you send to be able to sign the report using the OTP (One Time Pin). The OTP is accepted as the Tenants, and Landlords / Investors digital signature.
Navigation: Click on Link > Sign Now > Complete Required Information > Enter OTP
- Click on the Link in the email that was sent to the Tenant and Landlord / Investor
- Scroll down and click on Sign Now
- Scroll down to the T&C's
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and the Signature Declaration
- Complete the Signee details, click on Sign Inspection
- Enter OTP
- Once the OTP has been accepted, you will see the green Success Message
NB - We are only able to send the OPT to South African registered mobile numbers. Should you Landlord / Investor be based internationally, you as their agent can obtain written consent through email to sign on the Landlords / Investors behalf, and or allow your Landlord / Investor to use your South African registered mobile number, so you can obtain the OTP on their behalf and send it to them.
