How to Generate a Comparison Report:
The quickest way to minimise the he said, she said deposit disputes is through the Comparison Report. This report will display the difference between Ingoing and Outgoing conditions of the property in question.
In order for this report to be most effective, conducting comprehensive (recording the good and the bad condition of the property) inspections are recommended.
Navigation: Inspections > View Inspection > Options > Comparison Report >
- Click on Inspections
- Click on View
- Click on Options, and select Comparison Report
- Click to select which inspection you would like to Compare the Outgoing inspection with, and click on PDF Report on the top righthand corner
- Click on Generate
- Close the Report preview
- The Comparison Report will be available in the Documents Tab, click on Email underneath the Report name
- Complete the Recipient details, select the Saved Reply, and click on Send
- Click on X to close the Email preview
