How to Setup Your Contact List in RedRabbit:
Your Contact list in RedRabbit consists of your Landlords, Tenants, and any Other contact that you have add to your list.
Contact Setup:
Navigation: Portfolio> Contacts
- Hover over Portfolio, and click on Contacts.
- Click on New Contact.
- Complete the New Contact Details, click on Create.
NB - When a contact is created, it has to be linked to a Asset as either a Landlord or Tenant in order for the Saved Replies to automatically complete the contact details that it is intended for. The linking happens in the actual Asset.
